Are long-stay rates negotiable for government departments?

Absolutely. We work directly with government procurement teams and can provide tailored agreements, purchase order support, and AusTender-compliant documentation.

Is there a minimum stay for corporate rates?

Corporate rates apply from 7 consecutive nights. Extended and long-stay rates are available from 14 nights and 28 nights respectively.

Can multiple rooms be booked under one corporate account?

Yes. We regularly accommodate project teams and delegations requiring multiple residences simultaneously. Block bookings receive priority and consolidated billing.

What is included in the long-stay package?

Long-stay residents receive weekly housekeeping, linen service, a dedicated account manager, grocery provisioning on request, and access to all building amenities.
